Important New Enhancements to Task List and Activity Plans
At IXACT Contact, we’ve launched some exciting new product enhancements to our real estate software. Outlined below are some of these new features. We know that you’ll find these enhancements to save you time and allow you to be even more productive.
IT’S NOW EASIER THAN EVER TO MANAGE ALL YOUR TASKS USING IXACT CONTACT!
- Filter your Task List by subject/activity type keyword and/or due date range.
- Your search criteria are remembered even if you navigate away from the Task List page and come back later.
- By default, your incomplete drip emails are not displayed in the Task List.
Logging a Call in IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM is Now Lightning Fast
In our ongoing effort to make IXACT Contact real estate CRM more efficient and easier to use, we have added a great new feature to My Contacts. It’s a small feature – with a BIG impact!
One of the favorite features of IXACT Contact CRM for real estate is the ever-present My Contacts list (in the left column). You will notice that the list now includes a Log Call link for each contact. If you’re working anywhere in IXACT Contact and you suddenly get an important call or email from a contact, simply click the contact’s Log Call link and quickly enter the details. Upon saving, you are instantly returned to exactly what you were doing before without losing any work or valuable time.
Task List Time Saver
Many of our clients have asked for the ability to easily complete multiple incomplete tasks.
The Task List has now been enhanced to address this need.
Now, multiple incomplete tasks can be checked at once, and a new Mass Complete button at the top of the list is clicked to instantly complete all of the checked tasks. This is a huge time saver, especially for those of you who fall behind on your tasks, or who update your task list only every few days.
To complete an individual task like before, simply click the new Complete link next to the task due date.
Product Update: Save Time With Drip Marketing!
Email Activity Plans are a great way to pre-schedule a series of email communications. But until now those emails still had to be sent manually. With the addition of Drip marketing to IXACT Contact, you can now “set it and forget it” which means all the emails in an Activity Plan will be sent automatically on the day they are due without any work on your part. What a huge time saver!
