Get More Real Estate Leads and Clients with a Business Directory


Make sure you use the built-in business directory in your real estate CRM to get more referralsI think we’d all agree that for long term success, one of the most important things you need to do as a Realtor is to add value to your client relationships over time.

Of course, clients expect you to do a great job as their agent during an actual purchase/sale transaction.  But doing a great job alone is not enough to ensure referrals and repeat business down the line.  Instead, it’s just the “price of entry”.

You need to offer support and services that add value when you’re between transactions.

IXACT Contact now gives you the ability to upload from your computer, edit and insert photo and graphic images into your emails and letters using our new Image Manager.  Within the Image Manager you can resize, crop, flip or rotate your pictures so that they look just the way you want them to.

Last but not least, I have to give a very big and very special shout-out to an amazing new partner – Jennifer Allan-Hagedorn of Sell With Soul.  Jennifer is a former Realtor who is now a wildly successful author and blogger with thousands of devoted followers of her Sell With Soul philosophy and approach to real estate sales.  We “connected” with Jennifer Allan (literally and figuratively) late last year, and once she experienced IXACT Contact herself, she realized that IXACT Contact CRM for real estate, along with our wireless sync and drip marketing capability, could be of tremendous benefit to her followers in helping them be more professional and better organized.

IXACT Contact Business Development Update – Part 2


On February 15th, real estate sales speaker, guru and coach Richard Robbins, founder of Richard Robbins International Inc., held a webinar entitled “Becoming Referral Worthy and Increasing Your ROD %”.  With several hundred attendees on the webinar, Rich outlined the process for becoming referral worthy, and demonstrated the importance of becoming a master of contact management using IXACT Contact.  Rich was the very first partner to see the game-changing potential of IXACT Contact, and we are the only real estate CRM system Rich has ever recommended or endorsed in over 15 years as a speaker.  Thanks as always to Rich, Sue and the rest of the amazing RRi team for their ongoing help and support.
